How will covid impact commercial real estate

How will commercial real estate be affected by covid? Will teams go remote and crush the commercial market? Will everyone go back to the offices they we at before? If only half of the company go back but need twice the space how would that impact the market?

My thoughts probably need more clarity and time always helps with that but as of today they are

• commercial real estate will have more flexible terms so that companies will rent certain days of the week,
• there will be MORE commercial real estate that is smaller,
• Cities pop ranking for 10–25 will see substantial growth will as there’s a decrease in the cities 1–9 (US)
